- You tell me all your wishes (by e-mail or using our online estimate form)

- We discuss all details of your project

- I prepare the estimate for you, if it's accepted - you just place an order and make a payment (whole sum or only a part of it, depending on the order value - please see "terms and conditions")

- You send to me all the materials you own, as well as your suggestions and comments

- I start working on the project and then send you the result as PDF or JPG files (preview versions)

- You tell me what to change, I do it

- Once the project is accepted by yourself (via e-mail or as a proof print) I start preparing the files for print (PDF, Post Script or any other if needed/requested)

- I send the final files to you or other company (printing house etc.) or upload them to your server

- You send us the rest of the payment (assuming there is any amount outstanding)

- We say "thank you" and make a virtual handshake!
